Who you’re buying from

Cymru Football (cymrufootball.uk) is a platform that hosts merchandise shops on behalf of clubs playing in Tiers 4 and 5 of the Welsh football pyramid. When you place an order, your purchase contract is with the club named on the product page, not with Cymru Football. Each club is the seller of record and is responsible for fulfilling your order.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your payment is routed directly to the selling club’s own account — Cymru Football does not hold your money and does not take any commission. Your card statement may show the club’s name or Cymru Football as the payment descriptor.

Delivery and fulfilment

Orders are packed and dispatched by the selling club, usually by volunteers. Clubs aim to fulfil orders promptly, but please allow reasonable time — these are village clubs run by people with day jobs, not warehouses. Delivery arrangements (postage or collection at the ground) are stated on each product page or confirmed by the club after ordering.

Returns, refunds and problems

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to your purchase from the selling club. If something is wrong with your order — wrong size, faulty item, never arrived — contact the club using the details on their shop page in the first instance. If you can’t reach the club or can’t resolve it, contact us through the contact page and we will chase it with the club and, where appropriate, arrange a refund through the payment provider.

Cymru Football is a not-for-profit venture run by volunteers to support grassroots football across Wales. We charge clubs nothing and take nothing from sales. Questions about the platform itself: use the contact page.
