Cymru Football exists to help clubs playing in Tiers 4 and 5 of the Welsh football pyramid sell their merchandise without building a website, paying listing fees, or losing a cut of anything. Every penny of every sale goes to the club.
Who can join
Any club playing in Tier 4 or Tier 5 of the Welsh football pyramid — the area leagues and the divisions below them, right across Wales. If you’re not sure whether your league qualifies, just ask.
How to get your club on board
Email us the following and we’ll set your club shop up, usually within a few days:
- Your club crest — the biggest, sharpest version you have (PNG with transparent background is ideal).
- Your products — a photo, a name, a price and available sizes for each item. Phone photos are fine.
- A club contact — the name and email of whoever handles orders.
- Bank details for payouts — we’ll send you a secure link to connect your club’s bank account through Stripe, our payment provider. It takes about five minutes and we never see your details. Payments from your sales go directly into the club account.
What happens when someone orders
The customer pays by card on this site. The money is routed straight to your club’s account (minus the card processing fee of roughly 1.5% + 20p, which goes to Stripe, not us). Your club contact gets an email with the order details, and the club fulfils the order — printing, packing and posting, or handing it over at the clubhouse on match day.
What we ask of clubs
Keep your product list up to date, respond to order emails within a few days, and treat customers as you’d want your own supporters treated. That’s it.
